AI-powered test-preparation platform for entry tests, board exams, and university admissions.

The problem: Students preparing for entry tests, board exams (O/A Level, Sindh, Punjab, KPK boards) or university admissions have no single tool that adapts to their exact syllabus, regardless of country or board.
How it works:
  • Admin sets the level hierarchy — top level down to board, then subjects.
  • AI auto-detects each subject's real curriculum for any country's board, and maps chapters and topics.
  • Generates up to 300 MCQs per topic, patterned on real questions from that country's actual exams.
  • Two modes: Prep (instant explanations) and Exam (timed, real conditions).
  • Weekly mock tests auto-generated from the student's daily goals.
Student gets: a dashboard with 5 daily goal-based tests, formula sheets, numericals, chemical equations, past papers, an AI study planner, a practice hub, and full analytics.

Full school-management SaaS — admissions, attendance, quizzes, notifications for an entire campus.

Used by: Sindh Academy Umerkot — running its full campus operations on Schoolnizam.
Setup & Features: School initials become the student ID prefix; structure runs Campus → Session → Shift → Class → Section → Subjects. Students can be added individually or via bulk upload, which auto-detects campus/session/class/section.
  • Student type: Physical or Online; enrollment: Regular or Guest; senior-class study groups.
  • QR-based attendance check-in/out, full history synced to student + parent apps.
  • Quizzes per class or general, timed, auto-graded, printable with or without answer key.
  • SMS, WhatsApp, email & in-app notifications for schedules, fees, and absences.

Public website + secure digital portal for a 29-year-old IT training institute in Umerkot, Sindh.

The brief: A training institute (DIT, CIT, Web Development, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing courses) needed a public site for admissions and marketing, plus a separate secure portal for students and admin.
Features:
  • Public site: course catalogue, faculty, gallery, online admission form (stc.edu.pk).
  • Secure portal: online admissions, attendance records, billing, digital assessments (portal.stc.edu.pk).
  • Public notice board for exam schedules and admission announcements.

The brief: Authorised dealers needed to track shipments across multiple carriers without calling customer service for every update.
